Your Home Assistant is seeking Caregiver/Personal Assistant roles in California. We provide one-on-one in-home support for families, seniors, and individuals recovering from surgery or illness, with growth opportunities and a commitment to compassionate service.

Responsibilities include ADLs, medication reminders, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and reporting changes in condition. We value reliability, empathy, and a patient, proactive mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.
