Job summary

Your Home Assistant is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregiver/Personal Assistant. You will provide one-on-one in-home support tailored to each client’s needs, helping with daily activities and ensuring safety.

We offer weekly pay, flexible day/night shifts, training, and growth opportunities. Successful candidates have at least 1 year in caregiving, a high school diploma, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• Proven ability to work one-on-one with clients in home settings.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Assist with mobility in-home and during appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Run errands and assist with groceries.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Offer parental support and respite care as needed.
• Observe and report changes in health or condition.
