Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is hiring caregivers/personal assistants in California to provide one‑on‑one in‑home support for families, seniors, and individuals recovering from surgery. Roles emphasize compassionate, personalised care, with options for day, night, overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Medication reminders
Mobility assistance (in‑home and appointments)
Meal planning and preparation
Light housekeeping
Grocery shopping and errands
Transportation (appointments, school pick‑up/drop‑off, outings)
Providing parental support and respite care
Observing and reporting changes in condition
Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations
