What You Will Do:

You will help implement customized care plans that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver exceptional care in clients' homes.
2. Assist with personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
3. Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
4. Provide companionship, social, and emotional support.
5. Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep.
6. Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment.
7. Provide transportation to appointments as needed.
8. Complete documentation and report changes in clients' condition.

We match caregivers with clients based on requirements, availability, and skills, offering training for those new to caregiving or seeking to learn new skills.
