We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled adults in Adams and York Counties, and are dedicated to supporting our caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time personal assistance to elderly or recovering patients, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with ambulation and physical therapy exercises
• Assist with mobility, meal planning and preparation, shopping, and transportation
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Report changes in client condition and incidents

Qualifications

• Availability every other weekend
• Enjoy working one-on-one, eager to learn
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance
• Pass background checks and online competency exam or hold current CNA certification
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Preferred: 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
• Supportive of health and safety standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pride in providing high-quality care
