Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers in Massachusetts to support seniors at home as PCA, HHA, or CNA. Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour and you can pick the hours that fit your schedule.

Free training for PCA and HHA certification is provided, with a $250 sign-on bonus and a $250 referral bonus. Additional benefits include travel and mileage pay, employee discounts, 401(k) with company match, health, Aflac and life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• A compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Preparing meals and encouraging client involvement
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Doing light housekeeping and routine cleaning
• Running errands, including grocery shopping
• Giving medication reminders
• Monitoring health changes and reporting concerns
• Responding calmly and effectively in emergencies

Your Responsibilities

Help clients live comfortably and independently at home by:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
