Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Springfield, MA is hiring Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care across multiple MA towns including Ware. Enjoy freedom to set your schedule with full flexibility and access free HHA training and certification.

Qualifications

• We're looking for compassionate caregivers with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong English communication in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to follow health guidelines and document care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as hygiene, dressing, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe.
• Run errands including grocery shopping.
• Prepare meals with client input.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform routine cleaning and safety checks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, and meals

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Giving medication reminders

• Performing routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)

• Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition

• Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies

What We're Looking For

• Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license

• Certification (if you have it-HHA or CNA preferred, but not required)

• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

• A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude

• Good time management and organizational skills

• A commitment to following health and safety guidelines

No Certification? No Problem! We provide free HHA training and certification to help you launch and advance your caregiving career.
