Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for Meadow Valley Senior Living to provide daily resident care and personal services in a full-time role. You will support residents with daily activities, attend to hygiene, and help maintain comfort and independence in a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Completion of first aid training.
• Previous experience in an assisted living facility is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents, and family members.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the guidelines of Medication administration & protocols.
• Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident’s needs.
• Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities.
• Assists residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community.
• Lifting, turning, and re-positioning residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
