Responsibilities include documenting care provided, reporting changes to supervisors, and offering companionship. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are preferred, with a 1-year experience highlight.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient laundry when necessary.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure patient safety.
• Report significant changes to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature.
• Assist patients with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and simple activities.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer bathing assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
