Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate, independent caregivers to join our team as a PCA, HHA, or CNA. Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, safety, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

Prior experience is not required, and training is provided as per state and federal laws. You will support clients with daily activities, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to infection control guidelines while delivering respectful, client-focused care in a home

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client laundry as needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure client safety.
• Report significant changes in the client's condition to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor and record client temperature.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and simple physical activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer bathing assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate, independent individuals to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA or those with no prior experience. As a professional caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services curated to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client laundry as needed
