Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Personal Care Attendants to deliver in-home healthcare to clients. Work a Monday–Thursday 11am–4pm schedule, providing compassionate, one-on-one care in the homes of clients who have served our country.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a 2-step TB skin test and submit proof.
• Licensed driver with automobile insurance preferred; state requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Remind about medications and monitor health changes; report to RN per plan of care.
