Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) in Colorado to provide in-home care with flexible Part-Time and PRN hours. Earn weekly pay and build one-on-one relationships with clients, supporting health and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to follow a plan of care set by a supervising RN. A 2-step TB test and valid driver’s license are preferred; training may be offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof to Human Resources.
• Licensed driver with automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care including bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, mouth care, shaving, dressing, feeding, ambulation, exercise, transfers, positioning and medication reminding.
• Provide light housekeeping: meal prep, dishwashing, laundry, bed making, shopping.
• Support clients in attending medical appointments and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity; follow plan of care prepared by supervising RN.
