Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home care in Kentucky. You will build one-to-one relationships with clients, support daily living activities, and help improve quality of life on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a respectful approach to diverse backgrounds, and a commitment to safety. Training may be provided; benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, plus flexible scheduling and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN based on client needs.
• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible while protecting confidentiality and dignity.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Report any incident, injury, or change in condition to the RN promptly.
