Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) in Indiana to provide in-home care, improving clients’ health and quality of life. You’ll manage a flexible schedule that fits your life and still deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in clients’ homes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, understand cultural and personal differences, and commit to safety and confidentiality. Training and support are provided; General benefits apply through PCM.

Qualifications

  • Must have a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof to HR.
  • Must have reliable transportation to client homes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Respect for client privacy and confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with non-skilled personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and mobility.
  • Perform routine light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Remind about medications and accompany clients to medical appointments as needed.
  • Ensure client safety and dignity, promote independence where possible.
  • Follow the plan of care created by the supervising RN and document changes.
  • Report any incidents or changes in client condition to the RN promptly.
