FreedomCare is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our Finance team to manage payroll for our Caregivers.

This role is customer-centric and serves as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Qualifications include data-driven thinking, strong problem-solving, and Excel with VLOOKUPs; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in payroll and detail-oriented work is preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires payroll processing experience and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for FreedomCare Caregivers by established deadlines.
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Run weekly payroll reports and collaborate with Finance.
• Assist with payroll adjustments, taxes, and 401K as needed.
