Job summary

Ivy Living in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Part-Time Care Provider for immediate hire to support residents with daily living activities. The role offers an hourly pay range and a structured onboarding with on-site training.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to resident needs, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Prior experience is not required, and the team emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and compassionate care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, walking, continence).
• Respond to residents needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB Tests
