Job summary

Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, IA is seeking compassionate caregivers for part-time PM and overnight shifts. You will assist residents with daily activities, build meaningful relationships, and help create a warm, home-like environment.

No prior caregiving experience? Training is provided. We offer PTO from day one, free meals on shift, and daily pay options to support our team.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily needs including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
• Spend time with residents and encourage connection, independence, and fun.
• Keep an eye on residents' well-being and communicate any changes or concerns.
