Job summary

CountryHouse Council Bluffs, IA is seeking compassionate Part-Time Caregivers for day and evening shifts. No prior caregiving experience is required; we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily needs, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care
• Build meaningful relationships while encouraging independence and dignity
• Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that bring fun to their day
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
• Work with your team to provide personalized, compassionate care
• Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment

What You’ll Bring
