Job summary

Necessary Care LLC in Greensburg, IN seeks a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to support seniors in their homes. This role offers meaningful daily interactions and flexible hours.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, support mobility, and report health changes to supervisors. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or home health aide experience preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
