Necessary Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Caregiver to assist clients in Greensburg, IN. The role involves helping with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, home health, or personal care preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
