Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and also assist in community activities to meet personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. Benefits include paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care and support for recipients.
• Assist with daily living activities and skill-building.
• Accompany clients to community activities.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
