Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. Join a team dedicated to helping recipients succeed and grow their personal goals through compassion and consistent care.

You will work in clients' homes, support, encourage, and help build skills, while also bringing recipients into the community for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support and assist with daily activities.
• Encourage skill-building and help recipients reach personal goals.
• Accompany recipients to community activities and appointments.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
