The Springs Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily activities and provide companionship in Salem, Oregon. The role offers on-site shifts with day, swing, and night options, along with paid training and opportunities to grow within a caring team.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training and support your development in a collaborative, resident-focused environment dedicated to high-quality care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• A genuine love and respect for seniors
• No experience required – we provide full training
• Senior care experience is a plus

• Provide kindness, companionship, and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
• Respond quickly to call lights and resident needs
• Communicate observations and changes to supervisors to update care plans
• Work collaboratively with a team of caregivers and medication technicians

• Provide kindness, companionship, and emotional support

Shifts Details

• On Call
• Shifts include :
• Day 5am-1pm
• Swing 1pm-9pm
• Noc 9pm-5am

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
