Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and enrich clients' lives in Belterra, TX. You will prioritize client comfort, safety, and dignity, with transfers and mobility support as needed.

This full-/part-time role offers shifts, competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, and meals included. We value reliability, clear communication, and teamwork as we deliver person-centered care to families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be great with communication regarding the client needs and report any changes.
• Be on time.
• Perform transfers without gait belt. Client is able to help.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Support clients with mobility assistance and light exercise.
• Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure the well-being and comfort of clients.
• Be able to drive client's vehicle.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for providing personal care and enriching our clients' life. Through patience and desire to help others, you will be able to give a meaningful and customized care. You show up everyday and give it your best with a positive attitude and keeping our clients' best interest in mind. This job requires transfers from and to wheelchair without a gait belt to maximize independence. Communication, transparency and attention to detail is a priority for the well-being of the client. Meals included.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time or Part-time. Available shifts:

Friday 7pm - 7am

Saturday 7pm - 7am

Sunday 7pm - 7am & 9:15am (Alternates each week)

Wednesday 11pm - 9:15am

Pay:

Starts at $20 per hour and can get to $22 per hour within 3 months. It all depends on performance.
