Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a caregiver to support residents in our senior living community. This role covers the evening shift (3pm–11pm) with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a family-owned organization.

Caregivers assist with daily activities, document progress, and contribute to a compassionate, dignified environment. Training is provided; CNA may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be trained for caregiving tasks.
• First aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment preferred or achievable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or as needed.

Our Caregivers:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.

If you are someone with:

• No experience necessary, willing to be trained or CNA licsence.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
