Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care for clients in the Howard City area and surrounding communities. You will work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes, offering compassionate care and practical assistance.

Responsibilities include bathing assistance, transfers, ROM, ADLs, light housework, and occasional transportation. Reliable transportation, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license are required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and ADLs.
• Perform slide board transfers.
• Assist with ROM (about 15 minutes).
• Provide commode assistance.
• Light housework and meal prep.
• Transport client using handicap van as needed.

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for Clients in the Howard City and surrounding areas!

Caregiver would be responsible for:

• Assistance with bathing
• Slide board Transfers
• Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes)
• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.

Must be reliable and a Team Player!

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
