Job summary

AdvisaCare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care for clients in Barryton and surrounding areas. As an HHA you will deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in the comfortable setting of a client’s home, focusing on safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include bathing assistance, transfers, range of motion exercises, ADLs, light housekeeping, and timely communication with family and care teams.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within service area.
• Able to work independently with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and ADLs.
• Perform slide board transfers and ROM exercises.
• Provide ROM activities (~15 minutes).
• Assist with commode and light housework.
• Drive client as needed to appointments.
• Provide private duty in-home care in clients’ homes.

Skills

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for Clients in the Barryton and surrounding areas!

Caregiver would be responsible for:

• Assistance with bathing
• Slide board Transfers
• Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes)
• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.

Must be reliable and a Team Player!

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
