AdvisaCare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for clients in the Grand Rapids area. Join a supportive team delivering one-on-one care in clients' homes with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to travel within the service area.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with integrity.
• Team player with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing
• Slide board Transfers
• Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes)
• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.

• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.

Must be reliable and a Team Player!

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
