Tender Rose in San Rafael invites caring individuals to our Caregiver Open House for the Memory Care Professional role. Meet our team, ask questions, and learn how you can make a difference in the lives of residents living with dementia.

Open House Details: Date September 22, 2026 • Time 10:00 AM–2:00 PM • Location 1000 4th St, Suite 150, San Rafael, CA 94901. On-site interviews available; explore a rewarding care career with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional caregiving experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Dementia/Alzheimer care experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• CA Home Care Aide clearance with the State of CA.

Responsibilities

• The MCP facilitates activities that are designed to meet the clients’ fundamental needs and provide meaningful moments throughout the day, even as the disease progresses.
• To provide meaningful, individualized care for clients, the MCP focuses on creating activities that engage their abilities in six key areas: social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual and spiritual.
• Using this approach to person-centered, activity-based care, the MCP can assure almost every day will be a good one because it is filled with joy, dignity and meaning.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle to and from outings and appointments.
