Northridge Village in Ames, IA is seeking a dedicated Care Partner (Caregiver) to join our team. The role provides resident services including personal care, medication assistance, meals, and social activities in a boutique senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience in assisting with activities of daily living for seniors.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care services to residents as assigned per Tenant Service Plans.
• Assist with medications and/or treatments as indicated and allowed by regulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment through housekeeping and meal support.
• Encourage resident participation in social and recreational activities.
