Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide non-certified routine services under supervision for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. The role involves helping with daily living activities, meal service and resident comfort in a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/unoccupied beds.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence help, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly.
• Checks frequently on residents who are unable to call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (e.g., sitting position checks, hydration).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
