Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) at Sanders Ridge Health Campus in Mount Washington, KY. This role provides general, non-certified routine services under supervision and supports Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents.

You will assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meal service, and resident comfort while following state guidelines. Previous experience is not required, but a caring attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, grooming).
• Assists with meal service, including transportation to dining room and tray delivery.
• Responds to resident call lights promptly.
• Checks on residents who cannot call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable.
• Supports personal care duties per state regulations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
