Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide non-certified routine support for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents at The Meadows of Kalida in Kalida, OH. You’ll assist with daily activities, meals, and care under supervision, contributing to a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry, including beds and trash removal.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assist with meal service, including transportation to dining room and tray delivery.
• Answer call lights promptly and ensure residents are checked regularly.
• Support clinical staff to help residents stay comfortable and hydrated.
• Assist with personal care per state guidelines.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.


• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.


• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.


• Answer residents call lights promptly.


• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.


• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)


• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
