Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is hiring a Resident Care Associate in Ohio. The RCA will provide general non-certified services under supervision for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents.

The role includes helping with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, meals, and call-light response, while supporting the care team and ensuring a respectful, comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed changes.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining, tray delivery, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Responds to resident call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents who cannot call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to improve resident comfort (e.g., positioning, hydration).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities per state guidelines.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
