Job summary

Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a coordinator to support the Caregiver Assistant Network (CAN) by organizing local groups, educational opportunities and outreach for family caregivers. The role includes case management, supporting caregiver classes and events, and assisting with grant reporting and compliance audits.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of older adult needs, and the ability to travel within designated Ohio counties.

Qualifications

• Develop relationships to connect clients with services/resources in the community.
• Knowledge of older adults and caregiver responsibilities and needs.
• Ability to work with diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Flexibility, organizational and time management for independent daily work.
• Willingness to travel within Ohio counties: Clark, Champaign, Logan.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with older adults; experience with family caregivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage local operations and client services within CAN guidelines.
• Organize local support groups, educational opportunities and community outreach for family caregivers.
• Provide case management within program guidelines to clients.
• Support caregiver classes, events and volunteer trainings as needed.
• Assist with grant reporting requirements and compliance audits.
