Job summary

J & L Innovations, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate, non-medical home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will help clients stay safe and independent at home, performing personal care, mobility support, daily living tasks, and companionship within a faith-centered workplace.

Ideal candidates have caregiver experience or CNA background, a heart for service, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Perform Personal Care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
• Support mobility and safety, including walking assistance, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Assist with daily living tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and transportation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support with meaningful conversations and engagement.
• Document care activities and report concerns or health changes to supervisors.

What You’ll Do
