Job summary

J & L Innovations, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in home settings. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant, you will provide supportive services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Personal Care Assistance

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Hygiene assistance

Mobility & Safety Support

• Walking assistance
• Transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)
• Fall prevention support

Daily Living Assistance

• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping

Companionship & Emotional Support

• Meaningful conversation

• Monitoring client well-being

Observation & Reporting
