J & L Innovations, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate, non-medical home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will help clients stay safe and independent at home, performing personal care, mobility support, daily living tasks, and companionship within a faith-centered workplace.

Ideal candidates have caregiver experience or CNA background, a heart for service, reliability, and strong communication.

Competenze

Have experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or PCA.
Have a heart for helping seniors and vulnerable individuals.
Are dependable and compassionate.
Communicate clearly and respectfully.
Value dignity and respect in caregiving.

Mansioni

Provide supportive services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Perform Personal Care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
Support mobility and safety, including walking assistance, transfers, and fall prevention.
Assist with daily living tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and transportation.
Offer companionship and emotional support with meaningful conversations and engagement.
Document care activities and report concerns or health changes to supervisors.
