Job summary

J & L Innovations, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to join our care team serving seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and meaningful, faith-centered work.

You will provide personal care, mobility and safety support, daily living assistance, companionship, and observation/reporting to ensure clients live safely and independently. Training may be provided for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or PCA.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Able to pass a background screening.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with clients and families.
• Demonstrates dignity, respect, and empathy toward clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support mobility and safety: transfers, fall prevention, walking assistance.
• Assist with daily living tasks: meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, transportation reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
• Document care activities and report any concerns or health changes to supervisors.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant, you will provide supportive services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Personal Care Assistance

• Bathing
• Dressing

• Walking assistance
• Transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)
