Actikare Responsive In Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) to join our team in Bellevue for part-time hours. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required. Other shifts are available.

We provide in-home care to help seniors maintain independence with companionship, daily living support, and quality of life at home. Competitive pay and benefits, plus opportunities for training, are offered.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification (WA) or current enrollment in training
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments

Responsibilities

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
