Job summary

Griswold Home Care of Winston-Salem is seeking a caring CNA or PCA to join our in-home team serving the Walnut Cove area. You will assist a couple on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 6pm, driving to appointments and helping with daily activities, including dementia care.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid NC drivers license.
• Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screening.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience (family caregiving counts).
• Comfortable with clients who have dementia and helping with activities of daily living.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Griswold Home Care of Winston-Salem is growing and we’re looking for dedicated caregivers to join our team! We currently have an open position with a couple that lives in Walnut Cove towards the Flat Shoals area. They currently need assistance on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-6pm and will be adding more shifts potentially in the future. Our goal is to provide them with a caregiver who can stay consistent with them and has open availability to accommodate their needs. They need someone who will be able to drive to take them to appointments and a valid drivers license and clean driving record is required. The caregiver who works with them must be comfortable with working with clients with dementia and to be able to assist them both with activities of daily living.
