Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in Jasper, IN. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care and ADLs, and communicate openly with families and our team.

This role helps seniors age with dignity in their own homes, delivering trusted care and peace of mind to families. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for specialized training and personal certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or home care is preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Must be patient, dependable and respectful of seniors and families.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and engagement to enhance wellbeing.
• Support for daily routines and safety inside the home.
