Job summary

Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to provide one‑on‑one care for a 14-year-old with autism in Valrico, FL. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule and a full‑time 40‑hour week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

You will supervise, accompany on community activities, and support daily activities in a safe, caring home setting, with opportunities for advancement for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism/special needs preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
• Able to follow the child’s care plan and safety requirements
• Available consistently Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, companionship, and assistance with daily activities
• Occasionally accompany the child into the community for activities
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the child

Paramount Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and responsible caregiver to provide one‑on‑one care for a 14-year-old child with autism in Valrico, FL.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

40 hours per week – Full-Time

Responsibilities

The caregiver will provide supervision, companionship, and assistance with daily activities while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. From time to time, you will also accompany the child into the community for recreational and other planned activities.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism/special needs is preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, caring, and attentive
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle
• Must be comfortable transporting the child to community activities when needed
• Must be available consistently Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Must be able to follow the child's care plan and safety requirements

This is a great full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent weekday schedule.
