Job summary

Right at Home is seeking experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, with clear plans and strong communication, backed by support to do your best work.

Shifts available: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for higher pay on advanced cases, and paid training with ongoing development to grow your skills and compassion.

Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiving experience
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility)
• Support ADLs (meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders)
• Provide hands-on care such as bathing, repositioning, hygiene, and support for bed-bound clients
• Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson's, and other conditions
• Use patience and professionalism when clients are resistant or having a difficult day
