Job summary

Senior Helpers in Morris and Ellwood is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors, offering morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. We focus on Age-Friendly Care and meaningful connections to help clients live with dignity. Starting pay is $18–$21 per hour with $2 extra on weekends.

Benefits include PTO, flexible hours, training, growth opportunities, and Caribou Rewards. CNA certification is a plus but not required, with valid driver’s license and work

• Must have caregiving experience and a caring, reliable attitude.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to show eligibility to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and help with laundry.
• Provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Support mobility and ensure home safety.
• Assist with personal hygiene as needed.
