Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
- Monitor and report changes in client health status.
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.
- Assist with activities of daily living, personal laundry, cooking, shopping, and companionship.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year of experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency in caregiving techniques.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
- Familiarity with home care systems.
- Background in childcare, social work, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.
- Valid ID and Social Security Card.
- Driver's license (preferred).
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs (required).

Work Types & Compensation
Full‑time or Part‑time positions with pay from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. Flexible scheduling. Overtime paid for hours over 40 per week. Bonus opportunities and recognition awards available.
