Job summary

Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking compassionate caregivers for mid-week shifts to help seniors live safely and independently at home.

As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, help with transportation, and remind clients about medications. We offer competitive pay and a supportive team valuing your dedication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred).
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to foster meaningful connections with clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to ensure dignity and comfort.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities include offering companionship to foster meaningful connections, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility to ensure dignity and comfort, preparing meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings to keep clients engaged, and giving medication reminders to support their health. This role is designed for individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact every day.

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
