Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow individualized care plans while promoting safety, dignity, and independence in daily activities.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, reliability, and the ability to engage residents in conversations and activities across the campus, including memory care settings. Training is provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range

Pay Range: 16.05 - 20.10

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
