Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to join our team in Springfield, VA. You will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, and foster meaningful relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

• Support dining services and keep a clean environment.

What You’ll Do

• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range

Pay Range: 16.05 - 20.10
