Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily activities, follow ISPs, promote safety and dignity, and support dining and activities.

We welcome compassionate, reliable individuals with a High School Diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable. Sunrise offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range: 16.05 - 20.10

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
